Seattle's All Nations Cup is at the group stage this weekend with sun pouring down over the tournament's players and fans. Updated scores are here.
I spent a few hours taking in the action and saw parts of multiple games, including a stirring 1:1 draw between Mexico and Cambodia at the main stadium field that had a large crowd of loud supporters. In the match the Cambodian keeper made several spectacular saves, including denying a Mexico penalty kick and the follow-up. Santa Maria Rivera (former Seattle Sounder and Seattle University Alum) was seen playing for the Mexico side.
England handled the USA 2:0, going ahead when an American defender collided with his own goalkeeper and the ball was easily tucked away by an England attacker. The Brits later added a PK goal (see video.)
We'll have a feature photo gallery from the England - USA match by Chris Coulter up later this weekend.
