Highline Premier FC are hosting the Extreme College Showcase this weekend at Starfire Sports Complex in Tukwila. Kitsap Pumas Soccer Club's U-17 Academy are coming and going from the peninsula this weekend as they play clubs from around the state in the tournament.
The showcase is designed to give extra exposure to players in the presence of scores of college soccer coaches and scouts.
On Friday night the Pumas edged NW United U-17 1-0 in a driving rainstorm. On Saturday January 9th the Pumas lost 3-0 to Columbia FC Timbers Red '92 in a 11:00 AM kickoff and then beat ISC Arsenal Red 91 1-0 in a 2:45 PM match. The tournament matches feature 30 minute halves.
On Sunday the Pumas will face ECFC M92 White in a 9:45 AM kick off.
