As Il Presidente of Italy and AC Milan, Silvio Berlusconi is known for his love of financial domination, chasing skirts and the occasional (read: weekly) foray into corruption.
The man that renewed the glory of the Rossonieri and arguably the prominence of that boot-shaped nation that produces scandal and elegant defenders at a remarkable pace also seems to lack a sense of humor. Or rather, an ability to indulge in humor as he deals with the day-to-day of public office and industrial monopolies.
Referring to President-elect Barack Obama as "young, handsome, and tanned", during a discussion of US-Russian relations, Berlusconi received criticism for his remarks. How he managed to make such a typical Berlusconi-esque blunder while answering a question about foreign policy is one you'll just have to accept as the wonder of Silvio. It's like his foot resides permanently in his mouth. Then again, he's still PM, controls most of television and has a legislature packed full of cronies, so it seems to work for him.

I'm an Italian citizen. I have never felt myself represented by Berlusconi, I'm ashamed he's Italian First Minister and I deeply disapprove his remarks on Mr. President Barak Obama. and fortunately most of Italian people agree with me.
