So You Think You Can Dance's Tabitha and Napoleon Dumo choreographed Jennifer Lopez's live comeback performance airing Sunday on the American Music Awards. The husband and wife team has been nominated for Emmys for their work on SYTYCD, which they joined in 2008. They have been teaching dance for 15 years.

The choreographers are known for their ability to make hip-hop dancing accessible to a wider audience by delivering emotional stories through the movements. Beyonce and Missy Elliott have tapped their choreography skills in the past.

Lopez and her husband Marc Anthony are fans of SYTYCD as well as Tabitha and Napoleon, who describe Lopez as a hard worker who was very involved in the process. They say the routine will feature a big production with a lot of people, and Lopez will perform a song off of her new album.

“You can expect to be entertained and you won’t be disappointed,” Tabitha told People magazine. In the article, Napoleon adds that "You can expect her to come out fighting and she’s going to show that she’s got a knock-out punch."
