On Monday, former SNL cast member Will Ferrell was summoned to court in Los Angeles to report for jury duty.
TMZ reported Ferrell was released by officials and won’t be called back for service. They also caught him leaving the courthouse and asked if he was wearing the sunscreen he’s been pushing for charity.
According to Contact Music, Ferrell is just one of many stars that escape their civic duty—in 2009, both Mr. T and Jack Gyllenhaal were released from jury service.
