XO Communications formally announced their expansion into the Inland Empire on November 19th. They celebrated locally with a ribbon cutting ceremony at their new sales office in Ontario, CA. Several members of the Ontario Chamber of Commerce, XO Communications staff, and government officials were on hand for the event.
