This week’s Small Business of the Week is Skin Care Logic, LLC, a company which offers dermalogica products online and skin treatments in Dallas. 

Camille Kruse is the owner and a skin therapist who has had a passion for skin care for many years.  Her passion for wanting all people to have healthy skin prompted her to start her business, Skin Care Logic which went live via the world wide web in December 2008.  Kruse wanted to offer free, easy-to-understand advice to help people achieve healthy skin, as well as a place to buy, which can be shipped nationally, top-quality products at discounted prices.

Kruse believes Skin Care Logic is different from other skin care businesses because Skin Care Logic offers customers the highest level of customer service, an Education Center, detailed description for each product sold on the website, Dermalogica skin care products which are thoroughly researched and hand selected by Kruse. 

“I do not offer competing product lines because I want Skin Care Logic’s offering to be simple and straightforward.  I want to dispel the myths and explain the facts of skin care products, not overload my customers with too much information which is mainly false.”

Kruse plans for Skin Care Logic to add complimentary product lines of what she feels are the best makeup line, best fragrance line, etc.  She also plans to open a retail store/skin treatment center in Dallas.  Until her visions are realized she continually updates Skin Care Logic’s Discount Codes page, which allows customers to purchase their favorite products while saving money.  Skin Care Logic also adds thank you “goodies” with all of their shipments such as recycled, re-usable tote bags, travel samples, etc.  Kruse offers “1/2 priced facials” for groups who give back to their communities, such as teachers.
