- The dough can also be rolled into walnut-sized balls and topped with sugar to make a more cake-like cookie.
- Be sure to space them properly! They will spread. If this happens, just cut them apart with a spatula.
- The cookie on the left was made from a ball of dough, while the one on the right was cut out.
- Put them on the cooling rack as soon as possible.
- Warning: You may lose cookies to "evaporation".
