This is a outrage! The cruelty inflicted on poor innocent Oreo was continued by Ed Sayres, This man needs to be fired he does not represent what I seek from the dollars donated to ASPCA....He does not prevent cruelty he inflicts it!!!
I am outraged at this guy!How could he ignore such loving dog!I regret it!I TOTALLY wont donate at all!
