- Opening on November 6, 2009 there will be approximately 120 temporary shops around Bryant Park featuring everything from Holiday crafts to food and drinks - something for nearly everyone!
- While it's one of the lesser known ice staking rinks, the Bryant Park rink opens November 6, 2009 and will shut down on January 24, 2010. Admission is FREE!
- The annual Christmas tree lighting in Bryant Park will take place on December 1, 2009. This year's hosts are WCBS-TV New York newscasters Chris Wragge and Kristine Johnson along with Maurice Duboi and Kate Sullivan. The event will be televised (on December 1, 2009) and the tree lighting is open to the general public and it is free.
