Archaeologists can easily identify a Yuchi town site by the circular arrangement of booths around a plaza. This tradition was continued in Oklahoma.
This is a view of a Yuchi town discovered on the Oconaluftee River in the Smoky Mountains of North Carolina. The Cherokees called the Smokies, "the Enemy Mountains" because the Yuchi continued to live there after the Cherokees arrived in North Carolina.
This is the probable appearance of a Woodstock Culture village in Canton, GA where its SuperWalmart is now located.
This boulder in the Funk Heritage Museum near Canton, GA contains the Yuchi symbols for a "time portal" or "star gate."
The warrior on the left in this Tennessee petroglyph was probably a Yuchi. Note the concentric rings on his kilt and shirt.
