- As you snowshoe the road, look for this sign and turn left for the Hessie Trailhead.

- Snowshoeing along the trail
- Go over the bridge, go past the Indian Peaks wilderness signs and hike up the hill. When you come to a big right turn, look straight ahead at this rocky outcropping.
- The big right hand turn takes you around a steep half circle of sorts. At the top, look for that rocky outcropping again. When you're about even with the top of it, consider walking off trail toward the river to find a frozen triple waterfall.

- Continue hiking up the main trail. Just past the bridge, you may spot another frozen waterfall...
