- Start out jogging across the rows to warm up.
- Warm up by jogging on the rows at Red Rocks Park and Amphitheatre.
- After warming up and stretching (remember to hold a stretch for at least 20 seconds) then start to walk up the rows. Add a small stutter step in order to alternate legs between stepping up the rows.
- Once comfortable with walking up the rows, try lunging up the rows like in this photo.
- After you are comfortable with lunging try picking up the pace and running up the rows.
