In 2008, Robert Naseef was honored by Variety, the Children’s Charity for his outstanding contributions over the past 20 years to the autism community.
- Dr. Stephen Shore is a professor of special education at Adelphi University in Garden City, New York. In addition to working with children and advocating for a better quality of life on the autism spectrum, Stephen presents and consults internationally on adult issues pertinent to education, relationships, employment, advocacy, and disclosure. Stephen serves on the board of the Autism Society of America, as board president of the Asperger's Association of New England, and is on the board of Directors for Unlocking Autism, the Autism Services Association of Massachusetts, MAAP Services, The College Intership Program, and the KEEN Foundation.

- Craig, aside from being a marketing professor, proficient banjo player and a fine gentleman, is the maker of documentaries. His current project is on banjo builders of North America. Craig is also the owner and administrator at one of the most popular online autism resources: www.AutismHangout.com. Autism Hangout is dedicated to bringing timely, relevant news, resources and hope to those affected by autism.
- ~ Debra Hosseini, author of Artism: The Art of Autism, mom of three children. Her youngest child, Kevin, is featured in this book. After Kevin was diagnosed with autism at age four, Debra left her full-time career as a computer analyst to become a stay at home mom and has dedicated her time to creating a better world for children and individuals with disabilities. Debra was a founding board member with several organizations that serve individuals with autism and developmental disabilities in Santa Barbara and Carpinteria, California..She now writes and curates art exhibits for people with autism and developmental disabilities
- John Scott Holman struggled with undiagnosed autism for nearly 25 years. His diagnosis has enabled him to embrace his individuality and move forward.
