- After dough has rested 1st time in oiled bowl, knead again a few times and divide into 4 to 8 dough balls.
- When dough has reasted 2nd time, flour counter and roll out very thin.
- When pan is medium hot brush with a small amount of oil.
- Place roti on pan surface and brush top with more oil. Allow to cook till brown.
- When browned as desired flip with tongs and cook on other side.
- Lay out on plate or board and serve with curry.
