- Use any damaged grape leaves to line the pan.
- Place a spoonfull of filling in the center of the leaf
- Fold up one corner
- Fold up the opposit corner
- Fold in the two points
- Folding in the two points
- After the points are folded in
- After the points are folded in, roll the dolma up gently but firmly
- A completed dolma
- When dolmas are rolled place them in the lined skillet
- Add a bit of olive oil and some lemon wedges before adding water and finishing the cooking.
