- Children will enjoy the "Kids Corner" run by Ofra Duchin (pictured on the right). Duchin is working on her Masters in Human Nutrition at the U-M School of Public Health. She organized a variety of activities, such as, build a salad, guess what vegetable, etc.
- Children may also be interested in these "alphabet stones" as part of the Ant and the Grasshopper Farm booth.
- Mary Ann Blaszak sells hand painted holiday items in addition to autumn produce.
- The Good Medicine Farm, of Milan Michigan, is offering the traditional decorative squash, along with nuts, and produce.
- A handmade wreath from Good Medicine Farm. All the wreaths are handmade with plant materials from their farm.
- There are still plenty of booths run by local farmers, giving people a chance to talk directly to the growers before buying.
- The market also features the cheeses of Zingerman's Creamery, sold by one of their cheese makers, Aubrey Thomason. She is holding up Mozzarella myrtle bouquet. A traditional holiday appetizer inspired by the Puglia region (heel of the "boot") of Italy. The cheese and myrtle should be first roasted in the oven, then the myrtle unwrapped, before serving.
