A mixer cover is a beginning sewing project that will teach several sewing skills.
Left: cut a pattern like the one pictured, curving a line down five inches from the center. Right: print a monogram using Word, and pin the paper to the right side of the fabric.
Stitch around the monogram, pull off the paper, and fill in the areas with a short zigzag stitch.
