- Cook the chicken in vegetable oil til it's cooked through.
- chopped carrots and tomatoes.
- Cook the raisins and tomatoes. until the raisins are plump and the tomatoes are softened.
- Set the cooked chicken, raisins and tomatoes aside while you're preparing the rice.
- Stir together rice and egg, and then cook it until the rice is a toasty brown color.
- Once the rice is cooked, stir everything together, and you have a nice dinner for two.
