I never knew that someone cannot be arrested on suspicion of a crime It's done all the time. I cannot understand why this is not being done with the step-mother of Kyron. Why are they being so cautious? It's not fair to the parents or even to the boy. Time may not be on his side. This woman MUST be arrested. I heard one stupid theory that they want the arrest to "stick" That is ridiculous. That means they are trying the case from all angles before making an arrest. Something has gone terribly wrong here.
In addition to that it is beyond me how this step mother can get coopertion and partners in crime to help her. Isn't anybody afraid of being imrisoned.? Lastly I beieve the boy is still alive. The reason I am basing that on is simply because I don't think her friend De De would have been an accessory to murder. I doubt that. As for the step mother she is thumbing her nose at the police and has no conscience whatsoever to torment the parents of Kyron.and keeping the poor child hidden. This madness must stop!!!!

I have been following this case since day one, I turn on the tv everyday hopeing to here kyran has been found . I have a place in my heart for kyran. I have a 7 year old , and don't know what I would do if something like this would happen. Kryan needs to be found , he needs to be with the people who love him . Please help kyran!!!!!
I fear the worst for little Kyron. I hope he is alive and well, but It seems SOMEONE would have spotted him by now. And look at the THREE missing Michigan boys. When I hear of these monsters hurting or killing our children, I feel rage. We need to make the world safe for our kids to grow up in. Someone knows where Kyron is, and that person is a coward.
This is my Christmas wish.......Bring this little boy home to his mom and dad, (one way or another.) The not knowing must be a living hell for them. That is my prayer for this Christmas season. God Bless the men and women in law enforcement that look tiredlessly for this adorable little boy with the glasses. We know you are doing all you can.

I believe Kyron was lured back outside by his stepmother..like"..Kyron, what is missing from your science project?...let's go look outside maybe it is in the truck" What other reason would Kyron leave the school..From all reports, he was thrilled with this science fair school day. She had enough time to gtet him somewhere, and perhaps handed him over to someone---maybe for money. where did she get the money to pay her lawyer?? What frightens me is he is old enough to run, make contact with neighbors, police etc.This tells me he is far from his home state..and in the hands of someone evil.....I believe the answer is with the stepmother and I would lean on her heavily..can they give her sodium penathol, hypotize her...she has no rights, in my opinion..there is a chid's safety at stake...check her past life more carefully..somethin is so wrong here.

I agree with some other people on here, why they can't put terri horman in jail on suspition, she was the last person to see kyron alive... can't they bring her in on suspicion? Maybe being behind bars, she might want to be a little more cooperative, don't you think?
I believe the stepmom adopted to someone .She did not pass her lie dectector test , so why is she not in jail ?
