- Create a sticky dough using flour, eggs, oil, and salt. Knead until smooth, silky, and elastic.
- Grate two Bartlett pears and combine with two cheeses and a dash of cinnamon.
- Use a small round pastry cutter to cut the dough into circles, top with pear filling, and seal.
- Re-roll the leftover dough and cut again, if possible.
- Boil 3 to 4 minutes, sauté in butter, and enjoy!
