Chop the apples in a food processor.
- Chop the apples in a food processor.
- Add 1 teaspoon cinnamon.
- Add 2 teaspoons brown sugar.
- Melt 2 tablespoons butter in a large skillet over medium high heat.
- Stir in the apple mixture and cook until softened.
- Score each sheet of puff pastry into thirds.
- Place approximately 3 tablespoons of the apple filling onto the pastry dough.
- Fold up each side and press firmly on the sides to seal.
