- You will need one or two fancy party dresses
- Create a pattern piece using a three foot by one foot sheet of paper.
- Your pattern unfolded.
- Fold over and sew the point of one end of each piece. Then sew the pieces together.
- Turn your pouf inside out and stuff with rags or fabric.
- Make an octagon "lid" for the ottoman by cutting a circle and folding it, then cutting a straight edge.
- A fnished pouf. Total cost: zero dollars.
