How to get more Vitamin D

Sunlight increases vitamin D. <br>Try to get approximately 5-30 minutes of sun exposure between 10 AM and 3 PM at least twice per week. Do not apply sunscreen during this time, as it will block the UV rays required for vitamin D production.
