Here's my cardigan before - oversized from every angle.
The sweater needed sides, sleeves and shoulders taken in
First step is to remove the sleeves.
Next, pin fit the shoulder to bring up the neckline of the sweater.
Make sure the front and back of your collar line up.
Here is the same pin seam right side out. Note that the collar looks relatively continuous.
Take in the sides and take the sleeves up higher on the shoulder following my previous tutorials.
