She's figured out on her own how to drink from a pail since she can't drink from her mother.
Dr. Jordan holds the pail so Frankie can get fed. This has to happen once an hour every hour of every day during this time.
Tommy Jordan brought his wife, Dr. Amy Jordan, dinner at about midnight on one evening of her watch. This is how he found her, sitting by Frankie's side the entire shift.
Here you can see her tongue sticking out the side of her mouth due to the nerve damage on the other side of her face.
Frankie rests on blankets donated by people in the surrounding county.
