- Beat them before you add the other ingredients.

- Stir it all together well.
- Start dunking the pieces of bread into the egg mixture.
- Make sure they're completely coated.
- When they're all done, cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate it.
- Greasing the baking dish (with the ever-present butter wrapper).
- Microwaving the strawberries is a quick way to thaw them. Do it for a minute at a time, then stirring. Keep going until it's all thawed.
- Add in the banana slices.
- Add the sugar to the fruit.
- After the strawberries are fully thawed, there will be lots of rich, red juice to mix with the bananas and sugar, making a built-in fruit syrup.
- Pour the fruit mix into the baking dish.
- Spread it out evenly through the dish.
- Arrange the bread slices on top of the fruit.
- Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar on top. Add lots if you like the flavor.
- Cover it with aluminum foil and put it in the oven.
