- Olive Oil
Olive oil has tumor suppression properties. The oil contains components that calm HER2 receptors. - Turmeric
Turmeric helps decrease estrogen.
Dr. Oz recommends 1 tsp of turmeric per day to help prevent breast cancer. Mix the spice into food items such as salad dressings, rice, or vegetable dishes.
- Cruciferous vegetables
These vegetables contain chemicals that act as estrogen binders in your gastrointestinal tract. Eating them helps reduce tumor stimulation. They also detoxify your liver, which reduces the number of toxins in the body that could trigger cancer formation.
This vegetable group includes kale, bok choy, swiss chard, Brussels sprouts, broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage, and collard greens.
