Boil cabbage in salted water.
- Boil cabbage in salted water.
- Strain and cool over bowl or in sink.
- Cook ground beef and onions, drain, add 1 cup instant rice, 1 tablespoon vinegar, and 2 tablespoons spaghetti sauce. Salt and pepper to taste.
- Remove leaves from cabbage. Place 1/4 cup beef mixture in center. Roll tucking in sides.
- Place rolls over 2 tablespoons spaghetti sauce in crock pot.
- Mix beef mixture left over into spaghetti sauce. Stir in 1 tablespoon vinegar and 1 tablespoon sugar. Pour sauce over rolls in crock pot. Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.
