- Saute the vegetables first, and keep warm while the meat cooks. (I place my veggies in a bowl next to the stove, covered with a towel.)
- After the veggies have cooked, sear the meat, without cooking all the way through.
- Add the scallions and mushrooms back to the skillet or wok, and simmer until desired doneness.
- Side dishes: Kimchi, a spicy cabbage, and hot radish.
- Korean dining involves small side dishes alongside the main course. Dishes are varied, and range from 3 to 12 dishes at the meal.
