- Default view of the Activity Manager home page. It shows you all the basic information including calories burned, consumed, calorie balance, time spent doing physical activity, steps taken, hours slept, and your weight. Most of these tabs can be expanded to view detailed hour by hour data.
- Detailed view of calories burned. You can see at what hours of the day you were most active and burned the most calories.
- Food or nutrition log. You can add foods you've eaten using their easy and fast search functionality, or add your own foods and recipes. At the bottom, you'll see your most commonly eaten foods for the meal you're updating.
- Detailed view of your physical activity. The brown segments represent moderate activity and yellow is vigorous activity. That yellow spike is the 4 mile run I did that day.
- Detailed view of steps taken throughout the day. That pink spike is the 4 mile run I did that day.
- Detailed view of your weight. Unfortunately, it doesn't show you the weight you've lost since you started wearing the Armband. It only shows you weight lost while on a weight loss program that you can configure in the tool. The purple line is my weight change over the month. The red line is the weight loss program I just started and shows me my projected weight if I stick to my program.
