- adding sugar gradually.
- Sift flour
- and baking soda
- Beat until smooth
- Dough will be sticky enough to be dropped by spoon
- Bake pizzeles about 45 seconds
- Dust with powdered sugar Makes approximately 30 (90) pizzelles.
