- Start with a 1lb. pork tenderloin.
- Season the tenderloin, then wrap it in bacon. Use toothpicks to hold the bacon in place.
- Grill the tenderloin over indirect heat to avoid overcooking.
- Let the tenderloin rest 5-10 minutes after pulling off the grill.
- Cut the tenderloin into 1" slices and serve.
