- The 2010 Ford Mustang features three-part sequential turn signals. Each section lights up independently.
- The 2010 Ford Mustang Premium versions have a nicer interior than base models, but all share the retro styling.
- The retro-styled gauges aren't especially easy to read. The trip computer, under the tachometer, counts all the way to "0 miles to empty," which is unusual, but it's not clear how much gas is left at that point. ("0 miles to E" was photographed at a gas station.)
- There's no abundance of space for the Mustang's rear seat passengers, but the seats are well-shaped.
- The Mustang's trunk is acceptably large by its 13.4 cubic foot specification, but an irregular shape and high, small opening limit its utility.
- The 2010 Ford Mustang GT comes with a 315-horsepower V8. The hood prop is attached to cheap plastic trim that feels flimsy and moves around when you pull on the prop to dislodge and use it.
