How is the turkey leg bad for you exactly?
Additionally I don't see how "candy apples and lemonade" are exactly good alternatives here. Because they're fat free? Let's just ignore all the empty calories in them considering they're basically 100% sugar. Refined sugar. Sucrose and fructose. Enjoy your diabetes.
I feel sick... why fry a cookie? Why chocolate on bacon? Why oh why fry a mars bar?
Deep fried pickles didn't know of this until, i ate at a diner in GA not bad.
I lover fried pickles hooters is the best place to eat them
bacon and chocolate? WTF? sick sick sick people. oh...fried pickles are the stuff!!! yummy with ranch dressing for dipping!
I'm still a fan of elephant ears, maybe a plate of deep-fried veggies.
Thing is that a sensible person will do this once, and even a non-sensible person doesn't have a very good window of availability.
If you don't find some of these fair foods (hot dog?) appetizing, you probably shouldn't be going to fairs
The foot-long hot dogs are healthy fare in comparison to the rest of this stuff! Still, I do find it difficult to pass up the bloomin' onion and potato strings. I tell myself that beignets (or zeppoles) are not bad because they expand my multicultural gastronomical experience.
