More Post reporters say George Will 'Crossed the line'

The Washington Post is clearly struggling to redeem their reputations by doing everything short of making George Will issue a correction, which wold no doubt send the prestige pundit into a tizzy. A day after Will's critics issued their own correction for mistakenly relying on a piece of (mis)information in Will's colmn that Will himself has yet to correct, Eugene Robinson has joined his other colleages at the Post in denoncing Will's mischaracterization of the data on Arctic sea ice that even the scientists who collected it have said is dishonest.

New sea ice data has made Will's fact-fudging even more at odds with reality.

George Will's Bush-like stubbornness and Fred Hiatt's fact-landering have become far more embarrassing and damaging than quietly burrying a correction might have been. Then again, you haven't seen Will throw a tantrum. It might be worth it for Hiatt to face the public humiliation.

With Robinson, it shows that not only are the reporters wanting to distinguish their standards of journalistic integrity from Hiatt's, but so do the other columnists under Hiatt.
