By now, almost everyone in the skate community is aware that Brazilian pro Bob Burnquist has his own Megaramp in his backyard.
In fact, many of the athletes that compete on Big Air and (the new) Rail Jam disciplines at the X Games go to Bob’s home to practice before the contest.

The cover of the DVD
"The Reality of Bob Burnquist"
shows Bob flying the corkscrew
structure in his backyard.
But the Megaramp is just one of the many skateable apparatuses in his 12-acre compound in Vista, CA.

His recreational area include a halfpipe connected to a miniramp on one end and to a oververt capsule on the other, a loop with a detachable gap on top, a 12-ft. diameter metal full pipe, and a corkscrew contraption (featured on the DVD, "The Reality of Bob Burnquist", directed by Jamie Mosberg).
Dubbed “skateboarding’s ultimate private playground”, his backyard has been spotlighted on numerous publications and many of his achievements have been accomplished right at home.
Bob shares lots of information, pictures and videos of him and other fellow skaters riding at his complex on his web site, www.bobburnquist.com.
There is even more stuff on his MySpace and Twitter pages.
