When going out to eat order water instead of soda or tea. This saves around $1.50 per person each time you dine-out. You also get free refills! Take the savings and stash it back or put it into your savings account and watch it grow.
Drinking plenty of water is not only free (if you drink from the tap) but is essential to maintaining a healthy body. Think for a minute of a toilet. What goes in must go down right? Ever try flushing a toilet without water? Water is essential in flushing out the human toilet (the bladder and colon). Water also hydrates are body and keeps our nails, hair and skin healthy.
