Bloomingdale’s is hosting its annual Fashionable Fundraiser in Black and White tonight at both the Century City and Santa Monica Place locations. The fundraiser benefits amfAR, The Foundation for AIDS Research, by raising awareness and funds while shopping. amfAR is a non-profit dedicated to ending the global AIDS epidemic through innovative research. Since 1985, amfAR has invested nearly $307 million in its programs and awarded grants to more than 2,000 research teams worldwide.
Bloomingdale’s has pledged to make a $75,000 donation to amfAR and invites customers to attend the fundraiser to shop for a good cause. A Good Deeds wall will be set up in the store showing an exclusive video message from amfAR and lots of activities around the store will make it easy to donate.

Imagine the glass case is filled with designer goodies, fine jewelry, gift cards and seriously high-fashion prizes ranging from $25 - $1000. Movie buffs – fill out a movie trivia card and Bloomingdale’s will donate $1 to amfAR up to $10,000.
