Just when you thought the Snuggie had the market of cozy cult-looking backwards robes cornered, the Nuddle is swooping in to give the famou blanket with sleeves some stiff competition!

The Nuddle combines the words NAP and CUDDLE to produce the snazzy word, Nuddle (much like SPAM is a hybrid of the words SPICED HAM) and it actually looks a little more comfortable than the Snuggie - but looks can be deceiving. Then again, the Nuddle has some celebrity endorsements on their website to make it a little cooler than the Snuggie's kitschy "As Seen on TV" commercials (I still rush to the TV when they come on).
The Snuggie might have met it's match!
The more and more I say the word "Nuddle" the more I feel weird. That said, the word "Snuggie" is more inviting - but I've seen some of them at some stores and they just don't look comfortable. The Nuddle actually looks like your stepping into the skin of a teddy bear.
What do you think? If someone put a gun to your head and forced you to choose between a Snuggie and a Nuddle, what would you do?

I find it very regrettable that the Snuggie does not come with nifty pockets for my hands. If I lose my fingers to frostbite, they can expect an immediate lawsuit.
I have both a Nuddle and a Snuggie (they were Christmas gifts). I actually prefer the Nuddle. The fabric is better quality...softer AND warmer than the Snuggie. Although, sometimes it can be too warm. I keep the Nuddle in my drafty living room and the Snuggie in my warmer bedroom. Both get plenty of use.
