Teresa Rose is passionate about relationships and staying connected even when there's a challenge. Inspired by the births of her three children, she began to feel an urgency to find clarity within herself in service to them. She felt especially at home upon discovering Nonviolent Communication, sometimes described as “the language of life.” She is now an NVC mediator, coach, and instructor as well as a certified teacher through the Enneagram Institute and a former high school teacher.
