Tiger Woods ended a consistent year by winning his 2nd FedEx Cup (AP)

The 2009 FedEx Cup playoffs came to a gripping conclusion with the 2009 Tour Championship, where Phil Mickelson won his second Tour Championship and Tiger Woods claimed his second FedEx cup title. We recap all four of the FedEx Cup playoffs events with photo galleries from each and every round of every event in the playoffs.

Relive Heath Slocum's Cinderella story at The Barclays; see how Steve Stricker earns the nickname "Mr. September" at The Deutsche Bank; Tiger's dominating performance at the BMW Championship; and Phil Mickelson's comeback from seven strokes off of the pace to win the Tour Championship.

The Barclays

The Barclays first round photo galleries: Garcia, Goydos and Marino shoot -6. There was certainly a wealth players looking to redeem themselves during the first round of play at the 2009 Barclays Golf Tournament, including Sergio Garcia and Tiger Woods.Garcia came out strong, Woods declined to speak to the media after his round.

Barclays second round afternoon photo gallery: Luck of the draw favors afternoon tee times at Barclays. 24-year old rookie Webb Simpson cards a -3 (68) that pushed him into the lead at -8 for the tournament, two strokes clear of Steve Marino and Paul Goydos.
Barclays third round photo gallery: Goydos and Marino grind back into lead. Webb Simpson only let his inexperience show on one hole during Saturday's third-round of the 2009 Barclays golf tournament. It would turn out to be a costly one for the 24-year old PGA Tour rookie.
Barclays final round photo gallery: Slocum shines in stunning Cinderella story win at Barclays. Steve Stricker and Tiger Woods can't hunt Slocum down as the 124th place seed in the FedEx Cup points race launches into third place. Woods missed a birdie putt on #18 to tie the lead.

The Statue of Liberty is the star of the show at the Barclays. A photo gallery of golf shots all featuring the Statue of Liberty in the background. The National media simply couldn't get enough images with Lady Liberty in the background.

Deutche Bank Championship

At the TPC Boston a handful of golfers got to have the time of their golfing life (or experience the most soul-crushing terror on the first tee ever) when they teed it up with the likes of Tiger Woods, Padraig Harrington, Steve Stricker and Phil Mickelson.
Deutche Bank first round morning photo gallery: Steve Stricker scorches -8 to lead, while Tiger Woods shoots a -1. The DBC was where Stricker poured it on, cementing his moniker of "Mr. September."

Midway through the second round of the 2009 BMW Championship, Rory Sabbatini was in command of his game and the tournament. Then he made the turn and his game turned on him. And while Rory's game was cooling off, Tiger Woods and Mark Wilson were pouring it on to surge into the lead of the BMW Championship.
Tiger Woods shoots a -9 (62) in third round of BMW Championship to set a tournament record. Photo gallery from the third round of the 2009 BMW Championship includes photos of Tiger Woods' eagle on #9, as well as images of Steve Stricker, Marc Leishman, Brandt Snedeker, and Mark Wilson.

Tiger Woods claimed his second FedEx Cup on Sunday, but not in the manner he wanted to. This photo gallery of his final round includes missed birdie putt and his sand shot to save par on #18.
