September during her performance at the Cafe

UK artist September made history Saturday November, 14th at the Café by becoming the first artist to ever perform at the venue.
The Café has been running publicity for the event for the last month and a half and all the hard work paid off. For their first recording artist performance, The Café had 200 pre-sale tickets and packed the rest of the house with at the door sales of $15.00. General Manager Louis Caputo said, “I am extremely pleased with the turn out.” Director of Marketing Jeffery Grannis added, “This opens the doors for future live shows such as this. This is only the beginning.”
Dressed in a black-and-white outfit, September performed three of her hits, “Cry for You,” “Satellites,” and “Can’t Get Over” in the center of the dance floor. The packed house was on their feet; hands, cell phones, and video cameras were in the air during the concert.
Throughout the night, courtesy shots of Absolute Vodka were being offered to the partier to get the “warmed-up” for September. The sweet shots were intended to be taken with a piece of lemon to create a lemon-drop-like taste. Also, the servers floating with the shots of Absolute Vodka were giving music cards with free music downloads.
