Server prepares to offer Empanadas to the crowd

A beautiful Mexican restaurant in the Mission, Regalito provided the warm environment for the reception dinner for the Queer Women of Color Film Festival Thursday, June 10th at 6:30pm.
The dinner, consisting of Pork Tacos Al Pastor with Pineapple sauce, Empanada’s filled with vegetarian cheese and Spinach accompanied with a spicy habanero sauce, Halibut set atop cucumber sliced ceviche with picked onions, Serrano oil and orange segments, Salmon tacos with cilantro salsa, crema sauce and jicama and churros for dessert was prepared by Regalito house Chef Seth Cone and guest Chef from Lookout Domenique Garcia.
Garcia said, “It has been a pleasure to prepare such a reception dinner for these women.”
Garcia prepared the Tacos Al Pastor and Empanadas while Cone executed the Ceviche and Salmon tacos.
The reception is to kick-off a weekend full of activities of the 6th Annual Queer Women of Color Film Festival. All film screenings will take place at the Brava Theater located at 2789 24th Street in San Francisco following after parties. The schedule goes as follows:
