Club Papi Productions packed The Café Nightclub, Thursday, August 6th. More than 600 men and women of all races came out to support the biggest Latino party in the Castro.
Club Papi Owner and Founder Jamie Awad said, “It is fulfilling to be able to provide the Latino community with a weekly party here in the Castro. This is about community; this is what we are building.”
DJ Carlos spun hot Latin, Hip-Hop and R&B hits all night long; the dance floor was never empty. The three bars were constantly flowing with orders as simple as shots of Cazadores Tequila – which were sold for $5.00 – to more adventurous drinks such as the Twisted Papi – a delicious mix of Apple Snirnoff, Sprite, & Orange Juice.
Other drink specials included:
- Miller Lite & Miller Genuine Draft beer - $2.50
- Vodka & Cranberry – $5.00
- Screwdrivers (Vodka & Orange Juice) – $5.00
Taqueria Zapata provided free Tacos and Appetizers which were another crowd pleaser.
The Café Nightclub hosts Club Papi Productions’ Pan Dulce every Thursday night starting at 9pm
Other Club Papi events this month include:
- Friday, August 21st - Brinca @ Mist Ultra Club (316 11th Street)
- Saturday, August 29th – Club Papi San Francisco featuring Direct from Mexico ..... Fey Performing Live @ Space 550 (550 Barneveld Ave.) Click here for ticket information
