Jeffrey Betcher is a Bayview Hunters Point resident and is co-founder of the Quesada Gardens Initiative. He is an organizer for Bayview Footprints. For 12 twelve years, he worked for a national nonprofit, developing violence prevention programming and social marketing campaigns.
