Rapper 50 Cent (whose real name is Curtis Jackson) was sued on Wednesday over a sex tape featuring Florida woman Lastonia Leviston and boyfriend Maurice Murray.

Jackson modified the tape by inserting himself into the video as his comedic persona Pimpin' Curly, wearing a curly, red wig and a bathrobe. He published the tape on his website Thisis50.com and it made its way to YouTube.

He makes snyde commentary throughout the remake. "Ooh, she grindin', is she a grinder?" he comments at one point as Leviston, wearing white lingerie, straddles Murray on a couch.

It is purported that Jackson released the video as a new prank in the long standing feud he has with rapper Rick Ross. Leviston is said to be the mother of Ross' child. At several points in the 13-minute video he mocks Ross, "Ricky don't know how to do that!" he says when Murray, wearing red boxer shorts, smacks Leviston's butt.

Leviston says that she and Murray made the video in 2008 and that he agreed to destroy the evidence. But it turns out he sold the tape to 50 Cent. Murray's face is blurred out of the released version.

Leviston entered her lawsuit in the Manhattan Supreme Court seeking damages for emotional distress and the unauthorized use of her image.
