Chinese New Year
2012 is the Year of the Dragon, and the Chinese New Year Festival will be celebrated in Chinatown from Jan. 6, 2012 to Jan. 7. from 10 am to 10 pm. The Honolulu Zoo
On Saturday, January 7, 2012 12:00 PM., the Honolulu Zoo has a discount for $8 for local IDs. Oooh and ahh over your favorite animals and feel like a kid again.
SK808 Roller Derby Tournament
If the Zoo isn't your thing and you'd prefer to watch chicks bang each other up on roller skates, here's the event for you! From Noon to 6 p.m the Pacific Roller Derby will be participating in a roller derby tournament. Roller mamas from all over the world are going to be body checking their way to victory.
