Role playing for beginners

Sexual role play is the act of fantasizing about acting out other people's lives and throwing yourself into different situations.  Role playing, when done with sophistication and panache can be exhilarating and enchanting.  Inhabiting someone else's life lets you become uninhibited and allows you to venture places you wouldn't normally go, usually outside your comfort zone.   It may sound scary, but leaving your comfort zone with a partner you trust and are passionate for, brings a sense of extreme closeness and possibly an extra boost of romance. 

In an article I read in Men's Health, they surveyed 4,000 men and women and asked them what role-playing ideas they would actually consider.  Here are the top 5 on a scale of 1-10, 1 being "no way", 10 being "that would be HOT"

The great thing about this is that it shows that men are pretty much down for anything.  So girls, it's up to you to decide what you want to try out.  Here are some other ideas that the ones listed above:

Headmistress and Pupil

This one is fun, and all men usually love this one.  What guy never had a crush on at least ONE of his teachers in school? Also, a fun way for a woman to explore the the idea of being the dominant one in the relationship.  So many women fall into the role as the submitter, whether in day-to-day life, or in the bedroom.  This scenario gives the woman a taste of power and control, leaving her guy at her mercy, although there is always a opportunity for disobedience and rebellion.

Props:  Even if the woman is not the student, a school uniform is in order.  A spanking instrument, like a ruler, possibly a desk, because there are no beds in school.

Scenario: Teacher asks a student to stay after class for disrupting behavior.  She makes him write a paper about everything he would rather be doing and notices that most of his answers involve her.  She punishes him for thinking about her in such naughty ways, and proceeds to show his adolescent body how to make love to her correctly.  Use the ruler for spankings and say stuff like, "I'll give you a lesson you'll never forget!"

Stripper and Client

This one can be tough call, because a lot of people just can't dance.  If a woman is confident enough and the lighting is right, it usually can be a success.  This scenario plays on the emotionless part of sex, like two strangers meeting each other for the first time.  It's purely physical.

Props:  Clothing to take off:  Start with a dress, a costume, or lingerie  and work down from there.  The g-string and stiletto heels are a must, and if you have them, thigh highs and pasties. 

Scenario:  A client comes into the strip club and requests you for a private lap dance.  Take him to the back room and go all out, but remember the rule of no touching or kissing.  Wear a garter belt and actually make money!

Model and Photographer

These roles are interchangeable and can be played  by either the female or male.  It can also put a spark in the creative side of couples.  The beauty of this scenario is the voyeurism aspect and also in ordering each other to do things.

Props: Obviously, a camera.  Maybe even a set and costumes.  Make sure the lighting is good and not too harsh because acting like a model and looking like one are completely different.  Good soft lighting will make a self-conscious woman feel comfortable.

Scenario:  A photographer hires a model for her first nude shots.  When she gets there they discuss the shot over wine or champagne.  The photographer coaxes her into getting naked and tells her what positions to get into and what props to use.

Remember to always stay in a comfortable and secure zone when you are starting role playing.  If you laugh, it's okay.  At first role playing may seem embarrassing by doing and saying things you normally wouldn't in real life.  Don't worry though, the more often you say absurd things, the easier it becomes.

Try not to embarrass or hurt your loved ones in the moments of passion.  Tying your partner to a bed post with pantyhose is a lot different than tying them up like a dog and making them lick your boots or drink toilet water.  By discussing what you want to achieve by role playing and what your fantasies are, you and your lover will become more self-aware and develop a more trusting and passionate relationship.  Have fun, laugh, and explore each others sensual side and you and your partner will find out more about what each other wants and how to satisfy both of your desires.
