Specializing in Aging Services, Dr. Hallcom holds a Ph.D. in Counseling; an M.A. Degree in Organizational Behavior; and a B.S. Degree in Psychology. In addition, Dr. Hallcom holds registrations and Certifications as an Aging Services Professional; Non-Denominational Chaplain; and as a Substance Abuse Professional.
